I've spent a lovely morning wandering through FS Pam Mackay's Gallery today! There were so many beautiful floral cards, it was hard to choose just one! I decided on this gem: SC395, Anniversary Flowers by Pam MacKay at Splitcoaststampers
I kept her flower focus and three part BG, but chose different scraps of DSP and used a panel I had previously stamped with the French Script BG. Stamped Pale Papaya on the flowers, then added Rose Red and Sunny Yellow with a watercolor brush as well as some white highlights with a gel pen. Splattered the panel with a toothbrush and sponged the edges with Sunny Yellow and Pale Papaya.
Separated the panels with Washi tape. Enjoy your day in the spotlight, Pam!

Beautiful soft colours in these poppies - love that you did two takes on the same card - I love how one inspiration can lead us in many different ways!

Lovely, Faith! The flowers are super pretty with your fab color choices and painting, and the mix of papers, tape and colors just blends everything so well together. GREAT case/card. Hugz

Beautiful card, design and colors. I think we will be enjoying a bumper crop of poppies this year. And, if not, I will just pop into your Gallery and enjoy yours. Great card.
