Chris is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has given us a rich and beautiful palette to work with: Rich Razzleberry, Fresh Freesia and Evening Evergreen. The dessert option is "dry embossing."
I started out with a favorite embossing folder from Tim Holtz, Botanical. I mounted it on a Rich Razzleberry card base, and then cut a label from the same color cardstock. I stamped the greeting in Fresh Freesia on white cardstock and die cut. The flowers were cut from Fresh Freesia cardstock, and then lightly blended with a small brush and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Ink. The layers were stacked, and the foliage was cut from Evening Evergreen cardstock. Decorated with In Color Opal Rounds in Evening Evergreen and Fresh Freesia.
These colors are so beautiful together. Please join us and see what you can create with them.
