I used today's sketch to create the ABC18K for kite. I've purchased a few HA monthly kits and this is one of them. There are matching dies that I didn't use. I simply stamped the kids, the kits and the tree, complete with a squirrel, in black on a stash gel print I had, probably acrylic paint. I came late to doing this for the sketch so I had to figure out how to get that angled piece. I stamped the sentiment twice, cut it apart and then fashioned a little sun out of yellow scrap cardstock. I cut out the rays and glued them on the back of the circle. It has been sunny here lately, birds are starting to sing and it is feeling a bit springy. I don't want to get ahead of myself but the little things like sunshine, looking forward to spring and children playing make me smile. As they say, little things turn out to be big things. Thanks for the challenges.
