I can't tell you how much fun this was to paint. The tutorial this week is super. I just wanted to keep painting more of these. Unfortunately, no time.

This is so lovely, Brenda. Made me think of some Penny Black Masterpieces. Such a beautiful sympathy card and wonderful sentiment too. Thank you for providing that link! Love this!

BEAUTIFUL, Brenda! Oh my - and I love that one is "just" a bird (a beautiful one, I might add!).
This reminds me of the bird feeder at mom and dad's - they started the winter season with a pair of cardinals. Sadly, after the first cold spell we experienced in northern Minnesota earlier this winter, the female hasn't returned. :( Instead, now, the male cardinal dines with the rest of the birds each day. SUCH beautiful birds - I think they are fast becoming my favorite.
Lovely, lovely painting!
Thank you so much for sharing!

Great idea to do a sympathy card - I may do another and do that too. Very pretty and sweet card, Brenda. Your paintings always have such a sweetness to them - I wish I could figure out how to add that to mine. Super good idea to add two birds too. Hugz
