This is "tickle a teapotter" week, so this will be going out to a fellow teapotter.
The challenge was to use stripes, dots, and a face. I pulled out several pieces of cs, and this one just spoke to me. The photo does NOT do it justice- the stripes and dots are shiny mirror silver. As a background, I used a silver metallic cs from Wausau. Layered the shiny silver stripes and dots onto the base. Stamped the giraffe onto white cs with Versamark, used black glitter EP, and heat embossed. Fussy cut the image out, and added it to the card. Die cut the greeting out of black cs, mounted it to a panel of linen textured metallic cs, and then layered that onto black cs. Added to the card, then embellished with black holographic dots.
The giraffe is very glittery in person, as is the stripe and dot background. I have an awful time getting a good image, since the shiny stuff reflects so much!

I love your take on the face with this cute giraffe, and great paper choice, I know it's almost impossible to get a good picture from a shiny card, but I can see the silver and a bit of the glittery black, sure this must be even prettier in real life
Thank you for playing!!

Fab giraffe image, I love it. And I can imagine how the card must look. I always say we need a special filter for metallics and sparkle! I don't think I've ever seen linen textured metallic, it looks great.

I can see why you chose that dp...so fun with the slightly irregular pattern. That is a very flirty giraffe, Pat! You could get lost in those eyes. Well done!
