I sized the angel image in Photoshop to fit the space as per the sketch. I printed it onto a 3-1/2x5" panel of vellum bristol, & trimmed it to a narrower width. (I began with a larger panel to make it a standard photo size, so I could run it through my printer without adhering it to copy paper first.) I used my Prismacolor pencils to color her in. As a finishing touch on her, I added clear Wink of Stella to her wings.
I cut a panel of pink parchment paper from my stash to A2 size. I stenciled over that with Saltwater Taffy, & adhered it to a white card base.
I heat embossed a feather onto vellum, & cut it out with the coordinating die. I added a strip of adhesive on one side of the back of my image panel, & stuck the feather to that so that it shows only partially. I left the portion that sticks out not glued to the background. Finally, I adhered the image panel to my card.
