This card was fairly easy to do. Instead of sketching the donut freehand, I traced around circle dies. Once I finished painting the donut, I did some paint splatters around it I guess the paper was too wet and the splatters just disappeared. I remembered that I have some tiny circle stamps and I used those to create faux splatters.
I very much enjoyed painting the three cards for this week's challenge. Thanks, Kia for finding us another good one!
Enjoy!

Another super painting. I would not have known those were faux splatters if you had not mentioned it. Yummy donut!!! It's wonderful you did all three this week.

one thing I do with splatters is hit it when its wet, they spread, and hit it again when its dry. that is really smart that you thought of the bitty stamps too, a long time ago I used to dunk the end of the handle on my paint brush or the eraser of a pencil into things for tiny circles I love the colors here.

Good job on the donut - The cake part looks crunchy on the outside like it just came out of the fryer, and you captured the look of the icing and sprinkles too.
