I needed some quick cards to get out today before I head out of town for a week, so I decided to use my tried and true method with washi tapes. I don't think my washi tapes like living in my dungeon, they sure can be hard to peel off.
We're sending cards to Heather who needs some cheer, maybe some long distance hugs. I don't use the word 'hugs' much but I really like this sentiment. As I was looking through my circle dies, I found this pre-cut piece of beautiful SU paper and decided that it was a good fit for under the sentiment. I have to say I really like this card, easy to mail. It, along with two others I made like it, are heading to their destinations. Hope Heather likes this. Thanks for the challenge!
BTW I'm still doing well using up scraps and random bits and bobs. It sure helps to have gone through my scraps (still have more to do) and purged. Now I have little piles of stuff to use. I'm afraid the little piles will take over my space in the dungeon. If I'm MIA, look under the piles.

Lovely paper, lovely tapes, and I've always liked that sentiment, even though I'm not much of a hugger myself. Wow, I'm amazed that your tapes are hard to peel. I only ever have that with masking tape!!

Beautiful washi tape patterns and you combined them so wonderfully. I love the soft, pink glow this card gives -- just like a warm hug. Perfect sentiment for this Tea Party and it looks right at home framed with your beautiful SU paper. Great card.
