A yellow top fold card with an embossed vellum layer and a teal frame on top. Fussy cut the flowers and layered them with foam for dimension. Stamped and die cut a tag and slipped it under the flowers. Finished with a teal butterfly sticker. Inside I stamped my decor and greetings. I'm determined to use the stock that was in the scrap bin. The frame was cut by hand when I didn't have dies. The flower was covering the uneven edges of the frame. The flower was from a sheet that was stored so cut and used that, too. Slow but sure wins the race or something like that...

Beautiful birthday card, Betty. The flower are gorgeous and I love the gingham frame over the embossed Swiss dots. You always do something special on the inside too.

You used the perfect bg (yellow base; dotted velum; blue frame) to coordinate with those beautiful flowers. And, you excel at fussy cutting. I love how the white flowers look so fresh and springlike with this color combo. And, I love the design. Fabulous card!

I admire you for using up your scraps. I finally gave away a bunch of mine. I just didn't think I would ever get through the stash. Those flowers are just beautiful and you made a gorgeous birthday card....inside and out.
