The teapotters are making cards for Pat's (contrapat) 70th on Jan. 22nd. Lisa is our hostess and her challenge was to create a big or bold card. Pat wanted neon colors-I remembered I had bought a pack of index cards ages ago in neon colors and hoped I had not thrown them out. Yay! found them and so I diecut two balloons and the third balloon is from a glitter pack. I used a circle punch to punch out c.s. to back the balloon dies. I popped them up with thin dimensionals (Scrapbook Adhesives). I used deckle scissors on the edges and then applied Stickles, waiting overnight to make sure it dried. I hope Pat gets to celebrate in a big and bold way on her big day!

AWESOME! Those neon cards worked perfectly for this challenge and your designed used them brilliantly. Love the layout, the color combos, the glitter and especially that really fun, quirky sentiment. AWESOME!
