This week the Tea Potters are sending some Christmasy cheer to Marie who is battling cancer. Our hostess, Pat, challenged us to use seasonal greenery and Marie loves dogs.
I stamped the tree using different shades of CP inks, stenciled the clouds and splattered with white paint. I am experimenting with printing my digis on lightweight paper as I find it easier to fussy cut, so the pooches are all printed, colored and cut out sometimes from larger scenes. Die cut stars, circles and small flowers from various sets and decorated the tree. Glued it all down and topped it with a big CHEERS die cut in velum.
I hope these cute guys will bring a smile to Marie and a bit of cheer. I have no doubt that all the beautiful cards filling the Gallery this week will warm her heart and she will feel supported in this difficult journey she is on. I hope all of you have a smile today too. TFL.

Well, first off I am sending you all the things I want fussy cutted, lol. You are the best at it. Those four dogs are just so comical. Love the one on the left who is turning his head and wondering what is in that stocking. The other one is snoozing and missing all the excitement around that tree. The 4th one is looking at the wonderful star! Love that sparkle on your vellum Cheers. She will love this!!

Everything is perfect! Love the stenciled BG, the trees with all the die-cuts, the die-cut framing, and the vellum headline. The color/shading on the dogs is superb...

this is adorable. Love all the different breeds of dogs, and the one holding the stocking seems to say "Santa, please fill this is fun toys and some treats".... The tree is fabulous with the decorations...

I totally agree on lighter paper being easier to cut. Great collection of dogs, and your tree is so beautifully decorated. I thought you'd used little flower brads at first.
