Nancy is hosting and Pat aka johnsopa is our Featured Stamper. I greatly enjoyed your gallery, Pat! I was inspired by your fabulous Joy in Africa card.
I kept the general layout but changed the main image from the die cut map to a stamped image. I didn't add twine and I used two patterned papers on the card front instead of one.
I used two different panels of dsp but added a stamped tree on one of those panels. I stamped the wolf image and die cut with a stitched circle. I white embossed the sentiment and die cut with a stitched rectangle. Another stitched rectangle was die cut with yellow cardstock and added as an embellishment behind the sentiment.
Thank you for hosting, Nancy! Enjoy your week in the sun, Pat!

This is a wonderful masculine card, Rita. Your two papers look great. I particularly like how you have the yellow edges sticking out from the navy sentiment piece.
Rita, this is a great case of Pat's card layout. I love the two colorful panels, especially the one with the trees and how they both highlight the beautiful wolf face. Lovely!

Rita, that wolf stamp is AWESOME. He looks so majestic and I love him stamped in the blue ink. Fabulous. Great dp, but your stamping really added warmth and interest. Plus the trees add that forest element just where you would expect a wolf to dwell. I know this is meant to be a masculine card, but anyone who loves wolves would be ecstatic to receive this gem. Super card.
