I have written and deleted this post I cannot begin to tell you how many times! I have had this image forever and a day; however, I love the image and color it every winter. I usually color it in the low Ns and Cs, but I decided this year to try something a little different. So I was torn between sharing it and not sharing it. Sharing it because it is new but not sharing it because I have colored it and shared it before many times but with the colors I just mentioned.
Not ever in blues and... WOW... what a differnce colors make! I am actually sharing the last one because I liked it the most out of the three. I started with the low Bs and I kinda liked it. So I upped the numbers a bit to see what would happen. I was completely prepared to toss the thing if I did not like it, but I was surprised to find that I did! So then I went bold! LoL It was really scary for me! Again, I was completely prepared to toss the thing if it did not look like I "Ema-gined" it! LoL It looked so much better! If you want to see the other two leading up to this one, please visit my blog:
This is Icy Snow Queen from Aurora Wings on Etsy. I colored the image with Copic markers and also added some sparkle with Stampendous micro glitter over some Zig 2-Way glue on the large gem in the middle of her forehead and dotted Liquid Pearls in White Opal where the image indicated something round was there! LoL The snow flake die cut is from Paper Smooches and cut out of a scrap of iridescent paper. Beads are from my stash and I mounted the image onto a scrap of shimmering specialty paper from my stash as well.
Thanks for looking!
