It's Tickle a Teapotter time and Jean is our hostess this month! She has provided us with a Pinterest board of glass paper weights for inspiration. I chose this one because I thought I could get a similar look with my Ranger stencil. I could have sponged and stamped some ink through the stencil, but I felt like playing with some gel printing. This fun sock puppet was on my to do list. I love the look of this stamp. And he needed a funny joke, so I found this one: "It was hard getting over my addiction to the Hokey Pokey. But I've turned myself around. And that's what it's all about." I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to his eyes to make them glassy.

I could not imagine what inspired your bg but as soon as I saw that paperweight - I said, "Yep. she nailed it"! Fun Sentiment - some days we all need to turn ourselves around. lol

I don't even remember that paperweight, and I thought I'd taken a good look through them before choosing a handful for attachments. Great take on it for a fun background. The eyes really bring your puppet to life.

Love your card and the inspiration piece. You captured it perfectly. And of course your sentiment is perfect. Now I've got that running around my head.
