For Color Challenge 922 hosted by Chris. She selected Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen and Blushing Bride with using a die or punch for the dessert option.
These beautiful colors inspired me to use my Cottage Wreath stamps and dies which are still pretty new to me. The coordinating gingham paper even came in Blushing Bride, which I layered on Evening Evergreen. The wreath was stamped in the Succulent, the tiny holly leaves were stamped in the Evergreen, the berries in Blushing Bride; all were die-cut. I built the wreath, applied Wink of Stella sparkle to the berries, popped it up on the DSP and added a sparkly bow die-cut from Blushing Bride glimmer paper. Then, I wrapped Satin Shimmer Soft Succulent ribbon around the panel, added a punched sentiment oval, some die-cut leaves from Shimmer Vellum and a heart-shaped enamel dot.
I just love these colors for a non-traditional Christmas card. I hope you will join in for Christmas or any occasion of your choice. Looking forward to see a beautiful gallery this week! TFL

Diane, I love the non-traditional Christmas card you created with this week's colors. The wreath is so pretty with its pink berries, and I love the sparkly bow on top. Great DS gingham paper, too!

I absolutely love how you pulled your beautifully detailed wreath together with a background that is at the same time subtle AND bold. I think these papers can be a bit challenging to use but it's practically magical when you come up with the right combo, isn't it? The glittery ribbon is the perfect finishing touch.

Love this color scheme! It works well with your perfect stamped and die-cut wreath. The papers, ribbon, and sparkly bow are all wonderfully done...
