Hi! This week for the Free 4 All Challenge we are creating cards that speak peace to us. I will say that this was not my first choice. I planned to use a watercolor card from this week's WCW practice. I didn't have time to finish it as a friend came into town this week to have surgery. I was at the hospital most of the day today so I hurried to add a peaceful sentiment to my watercolor panel and somehow managed to get black ink all over it. Sigh. A beautiful pink/purple background was ruined. Ah well. Thank goodness for beautiful scenic paper and great-looking sentiments! I was able to make this quickly and on time for the start of the challenge!
Thanks for looking and we hope you will join us for this week's Free 4 All!

Your black ink smudging of your first card led to this beautiful paper. I really thought you had stamped and sponged/watcolored it. It is so beautiful and peaceful. I hope your friend is doing well.
