I like using non-traditional colors for Christmas cards, so I used blue and pink for this owl card. I cut a pink oval as the backdrop for the owl and centered it on the patterned paper.
I stamped, colored, and die cut the owl perched on a candy cane, to tie in with candy cane patterned paper.
I decided to keep it simple and leave off the sentiment, though I may add one before sending.
