Itâs Teapot Tickle Time and our guest hostess, Vicki, has challenged us to make pasta themed cards. I donât have any pasta stamps, so I took a different turn. I made a gelli print background using wagon wheel pasta. Then I just grabbed a fun stamp off of my to do list. These AI girlfriends sure looked fun. They are in the middle of a shopping spreeâpresumably on the way to Hobby Lobby. But theyâre going to have some pasta for lunch, or maybe dinner. Depends how much time they spend in Hobby Lobby. I colored them with the color challenge colors and paired them with a fun Colorado Craft Company sentiment.
As a side note, sometimes I think I have as much fun editing my photos as I do making my cards. Hehe!
Thanks for two fun challenges!

What a clever idea for a gelli print that works perfectly for the MMTPT challenge. The shoppers are rushing for the spaghetti special. Wonderful use of the challenge colors. Fun & cute card!

Fabulous idea to make a gelli print for this card, Jennifer. That must be a great sale at Hobby Lobby. And the gals are building up quite an appetite, I'm sure. Such a fun card for our party today.

You are something else... I can't believe you used pasta to create this awesome card! You get the award for being the most creative! Love the sentiment too, many times I feel I've gotta' have it or I'll regret it! Super cute card!
