For the Inspiration Challenge (IC881) we're visiting Party City & their Pinterest Boards where I found THIS picture.
For my Halloween mini slimline card, I started by die cut the Halloween paper w/ a mini slimline die.The white topper was die cut w/ a smaller die & I also used a 3 circle die on the top which just happened to line up w/ the pumpkins in the paper. I used several Halloween dies..the witch's hat, cauldron & broom, along w/ the jack o lanterns, bats, the owl & spooky tree, and finally the drippy border and arranged them all on top.
