I started with a black cardbase and layered on first a green panel and then a designer's paper panel. The pumpkin head child was stamped in my MISTI and colored with Copics. Three different scrap papers were die cut into octagons and layered and then adhered to the top panel. The pumpkin head was fussy cut and outlined on the octagon with neon green Copic and then the image was popped up over it. The banner was die cut in white c.s. and peach vellum, adhered together and then the sentiment was stamped and adhered to the card.
Thanks so much for looking!

TFS and this was super fun and the NEON Yello/ GREEN is a wonderful detail. I enjoy all the layers, too. I am stuck in Halloween mode and chose this post to reply on, but had fun browsing your gallery today. Thanks for the kind comment on my Halloween Tombstone/tag card. it's for a guy and so his is always 'extra scary' thought. hahah
