Thank you, Polly, for hosting the Teapot Challenge. I hope Kylee will be cheered by all the cards coming her way. One of my favorite card embellishments are bows. I adhered the silver dotted dsp to the card front. The double stamped vellum panel was matted with two strips of dry embossed cardstock. The birdcage was diecut from silver cardstock. The birds were inked with two colors of dye ink, die cut and adhered behind the birdcage. I stamped and fussy cut the sentiment and added an embroidery thread bow.
Here is my second double stamped vellum card, Sabrina, for the technique challenge! For the back of my vellum piece, I used Old Olive ink and a background stamp and silver embossed the same background stamp on the front of the vellum panel. The panel was glued to white cardstock.

Fabulous look on that vellum piece. I never think to use e. thread and the color is lovely. Your sweet birds in the bird cage are well so sweet, lol. I love all the shades of green with silver. The one green color just pops and adds so much interest!

This is so delightful. Love all the bits and pieces of this especially your embossed edges but also the colors (hard to pick which is my fav). Love all the interesting patterns from the dots to the bitty flowers (I have that stamp or at least a similar one that now I want to use too). Great cage and your bow really adds the cherry on the top. Wonderful card.
