I love Susan's wonderful theme for our own Teapot Tuesday! I love hats and watch Royal Ascot every year to see the fun and outlandish creations. For my hat I downloaded the little girl clown image 4 times from my licenced card programme and decoupaged the hat, the bow, the arm and the cat! Die cut the word and created a narrow blue mat for the image. Added gems for sparkle. I hope my Teapotter recipient will like it.

squealing here...love the whimsy, depth, and fantastic colors you chose, sistah! All of the bits that are layered make quite a trip for the eyes to capture that depth. Wonderfully created! Thanks for playing.

Great work with the decoupage. And I love the coordinating gems. Yes, those hats are amazing. I love the Ascot scene in My Fair Lady, I always see something new each time I look at it, all the different costumes and hats.
