I don't often create Halloween cards but I just had to make this one. For the card base I used the colors in candy corn then created the shaped card base by cutting off one corner and using that as a template for the second corner.
Next, I cut a white card base, added the orange and yellow and then used the same cut off template to create the shape of the candy corn layer.
I then stamped the hat, colored with copics and layered finishing off with the bow from my tote of items I am trying to use up.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

Adorable! I love the candy corn base, so creative.
Thanks for a great challenge, Lisa. I love sending Halloween treats and cards to my nieces and nephew's children.

So clever to use the candy corn colors and shape as the background. The hat image is so unique, the way the sentiment forms the shape of the image. That has to be the cutest tiny bow I have ever seen, it's tied perfectly.
