Ardyth is our challenge hostess and Carol Dee is our featured Stamper! Congratulations Carol! Carol makes so many fun Gerda Stiener cards and this fall squirrel card is no exception:
I kept her fall theme but changed the animal to a giraffe and changed to a portrait orientation. I kept her plaid idea but used a plaid die cut instead of plaid paper.
I stamped my giraffe and fall leaves on a stitched rectangle panel. The copper embossed sentiment is die cut and mounted on a die cut leaf that I had colored in fall colors. The plaid mat is die cut from copper cardstock.

This is a very cool card, Rita! I love the brown tones, neat little flag sentiment on the leaf and the die cut copper plaid was a great way to frame everything!

Oooooh, I almost bought that plaid die yesterday and now I'm kicking myself that I didn't. It looks fabulous here and it's perfect too show off your great panel. Love the coppers! Awesome card.
Rita, this is a great case of Carol's card. I love your giraffe and the fall colors you used. This will definitely cheer someone up when they receive it.
