I just realized as I am typing this that the challenge number is 913 on 913 (Sept 13th)!!
I needed a Thank You card to send out this week, so I decided to use this week's colors.
I do not have these ink colors, but I do have paper. I have these exact colors but could not get them to show correctly in the pictures (I took MANY). The neutral is a kraft cardstock, but looks yellowish in the picture. The razzleberry looks too pink and the succulent birds look too blue, compared to the rich colors they are in real life. I love these colors together and they came out good in real life, but my picture does not do it justice. I took many pictures and none came out true to color.
I started with a patterned paper in Evening Evergreen. Then I cut the frame out of kraft cardstock. I cut the frame again in Rich Razzleberry so I could cut apart the two big flowers and overlay them on the kraft frame. I added a small punched dot in Soft Succulent to the center of the flowers. I really wanted to add gems in the center but needed to keep this one flat for mailing.
I cut the two birds out of Soft Succulent cardstock and added one at the bottom of the frame and one nestled amongst the word "Thanks", which is cut out of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.
I think the flowers and birds satisfy the Dessert option for Nature.
No stamps or inks were used on this card, surprisingly!

First, I thought how cute this is and then, I noticed no stamps or ink were used. Fabulous job with the challenge colors and the die-cuts & paper. I like the polka-dot background. Great card!

What a lovely layering of die cuts! The dotted background is so pretty with the floral frame, flowers and little bird on top - a wonderful thank you card!
