The teapotters are making cards to send to Stan this week who loves to travel. He has now been diagnosed with ALS. Challenge is to create a card with a travel theme.
I found this page and thought it would work. Will add a sentiment on the inside as I did not want to cover up this cool telescope. The orange banner is much brighter looking irl, more like poppy parade.

What a great image and I love the blue bg with the subtle script. Yeah, I wouldn't want to cover that image either. I do love your added banners and the staples Gives it just the "right touch". Great card.

Very cool indeed. Love those banner strips. While it's obviously smaller, your magnificent telescope reminds me of what was the largest telescope in the world when it was built in 1845, until a larger one was built in California in 1917. The tube is over 26 metres long, and you can see the mechanism for tilting it, which is what the big wheel on this reminds me of, although the one here is partially below ground level.
