LeAnn is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has asked us to use Poppy Parade, Crushed Curry and Garden Green for our colors. The dessert option is Fall.
This set of dies is over two years old, and I've used it only once; so it was time to show it some love! I die cut all the pieces and glued them together. I embossed the Crumb Cake layer with the Foliage embossing folder for some additional leafy goodness, and darkened the edges with some ink blending, To top it all off, I added a few sequins and a couple of very shiny leaf sequins, along with a sentiment from the Small Talk booklet.
I must confide it was very tempting to use these colors for a Christmas card, but you know me--I always want dessert!

Terrific die-cuts. Looks great in the challenge colors. Love the embossed background and the shiny embellishments. The sentiment is inspiring. I want to take a road trip to see some autumn colors!

You are so right, take the scenic route whenever possible. It won't be a disappointment. Your dies look so pretty in these colors, Barbara. Good choice to add the foliage ef, a few leafy sequins and some sponging~
