My Grandma had an arched white garden lattice one could see outside her kitchen window. Her lovely red roses grew up & through the lattice. She has been gone since I was 4.5 years old, but this is one of many beautiful memories I was thinking of while coloring & creating this card. Thanks to Allison for this week's sketch!
Thanks for looking!

Oh, wow! I love this! So very beautiful! Your cat is so pretty! and the green really makes the image pop. Such a sweet memory. I have sweet memories of my Great Granny. She was a storyteller and I will never forget her story of a traveling painter, his brush was the hair he picked up from an animal. Maybe she is why I love art!

How wonderful to make such a beautiful card while thinking of your grandmother. How happy she would be. I love your image and the lattice.

Love your cat in the window. It reminds me of my parents last house which had a window on the stairs looking out over a similar scene - and the cats loved sitting there.

I have strong memories of my grandmother's garden too. We would visit the farm and eat all her green peas. :-) Beautiful image. I love the way you coloured the cat. Are you remembering a specific kitty? The embossed strong green background looks wonderful through the lattice.
