I picked up a couple of packs of thick felt coasters when Dollar Tree had their tropical luau stuff out in the spring. They make an easy card with a lot of tactile interest for seniors with low vision! I usually cover the Hallmark blank thank you cards completely but the colors on this one went so well I cut the piece behind the pineapple smaller to let them show (just made sure the patch that said âGraciasâ was covered!). I attached the pink paper to the card front, glued down the felt pineapple, and hot glued on a bow to finish.
Hope your week was fabulous, Cheryl!

That is a very cheery pineapple and I love the bg so I'm glad you decided to let it show through. Love that you use high tactile fabrics for the seniors -- so thoughtful. Great card.
