Stacy is our hostess and has a fantastic site for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I loved this image of Charlie Brown and Snoopy, which made me think of this Penny Black stamp. Decided to color them and finish out the scene. I colored the dock and water, adding a land on either side. Then I started on the sky, and worried I should have done something else. I really struggled to get from the yellow to blue without getting green. Cool Gray may just be my favorite color now!!! Finally got it somewhat blended and stuck the die cut sentiment over it.

Awwww! I love that stamp and your sunset is beautiful! Perfectly captured the meme in this card! I also love your gray base--looks like Payne's gray which always surprises me how much I love it!

Fabulous card, Amy! Your coloring of the girl and dog is amazing and the sunset is really spectacular! I love the stripes and how you pulled in the yellow with the enamel dot and gingham strip!
