I used a wave stencil and heat embossed the colored panels with clear embossing powder. I loved how it turned out, so stamped the sentiment on vellum instead of cardstock so more would show.

That's a great stamp with all the beachy thoughts! I love, love the beach : ) Great choice to stamp it on vellum, allowing that pretty background to show!
