This week the Teapotters are sending sports cards and corny jokes to 12 yr old Kavan who is recovering from a brain bleed and stroke. He loves sports, especially basketball.
I'm also in the "not any sports stamps (except golf)" camp so I did a quick Google search and found this cool silhouette image. Stamped the circles on the cs and then printed the image. Added the sentiment which is computer generated with Rolina Bold font. Since he also loves Baseball, I will include this joke inside: If a basketball team was chasing a baseball team, what time would it be?
Five after nine.
Kavan has been through a lot and this is one tough road for anyone but especially for a kid. I hope our cards will lift his spirits and help him as he eases down this road a bit further. Hope you find ways to lift your spirits today too. TFL

Fabulous card for the recipient. Gosh, 12 yrs. old and to suffer with this. Love the jazzy orange background. He will surely love receiving this, Debbie.

Awesome! The stamped BG is beautiful for the sports silhouette. The font is cool (now on my computer). You are very creative. This youngster has my prayers...

Love your clever idea to stamp the circle shapes on your cardstock before printing out the silhouette images! Kavan will certainly love this!!
