I've been procrastinating on making this card, because I do not like glitter.
I first embossed the doily (I love that embossing folder). Then I colored on some gelatos and brushed them out with gesso. When dry, I painted on a coat of mod podge & sprinkled on some glitter. I laid on a piece of tissue paper and brushed mod podge over that. But then I didn't think the glitter was going to show through, so I pulled the tissue paper off and let it dry. I ran my black ink pad along the edge before gluing the piece to the card base. I punched the corner piece, added an eyelet, and glued that down. Added a sentiment and done.
