Since I had my favorite Navy cs and ink out anyways, I decided to give it a go. I pulled out the two sets of magnolia stamps I have. The first card I die cut the frame and masked the edges before stamping. Glued it all down and then noticed a faint light ink spot on the edge. Naturally that turned into paper pilling when I tried a baby wipe to remove it. So, yeah, sequins to the rescue. When I opened this brand new jar of confetti it landed everywhere on the card. I decided to embrace the chaos and just randomly dotted glue around the card. The confetti looks rather greenish in the photo, but it's iridescent and multi-colored and looks way better IRL.
The stamp on the second card from PinkFresh is just one single stamp with all the elements. I tried and tried to make a single layer card but it was too difficult to get things masked and lined up. I finally just stamped and die cut three sets (the die for this set is also a single die that matches the stamp layout). I should have done that to start because it was super quick and easy. Layered the elements and added a sentiment band similar to Nancy's layout. Since I managed to keep this card clean, I didn't need any assistance from the sequin collection.
In retrospect, I wish I had incorporated more of the navy and less white space. The white on navy is so much more elegant and dramatic on Cheryl's card than this reverse combo. But I'm still loving these cards too.
Congrats again Cheryl on being this week's Featured Stamper. You not only inspired cards directly from your wonderful Gallery but also from the CASEs in your FS Gallery. So double thanks! And TFL, everyone.

Both gorgeous! Love the border on the top and the beautiful sequins. The bottom is fabulous with the die-cuts. Headlines on both, simple, stately on these beauties...
