I used a Sizzix Step-Ups die to cut the card base and DP layers. Waves were cut from a flourish die. Grumplings were colored with Prismacolor pencils. Sailboat was designed freehand and fussy cut.

Oh, Paulette, how absolutely adorable! I love the grumplings--especially the pirate. He's trying so hard to look fierce, but his heart just isn't in it! Great sailboat, wonderful card!
