I used the Stampin Up watercolor crayons to color the sunset first. I let this dry overnight (the watercolor paper was very wet). After this was completely dry I did the tree (the trunk with watercolor crayons and markers).

This is very beautiful, you've done a wondeful job on this card. One way to dry your paper very quickly is to use a hair blow dryer. After wetting your paper and washing your background use a blow dryer on a light setting. Once the paint is set and won't run, kick the blow dryer up a notch and it dries the paint and paper quickly. The heating tool used for embossing gets too hot and doesn't blow any air.
