A combo with today's WT-wrinkle free distress and the calla lily WCW from yesterday. I'm pretty happy with the painting, sure wish I could draw better. I didn't want the calla so straight like a soldier but no matter how many times I erased and re-drew, that's what I got. Mixing the paints was challenging; I tried to mix a blue with a brown but it never looked very gray to me. So I mostly used Payne's gray with some brown. I have no idea how the green came about, just experimented. I enjoyed making this card. Maybe I bought the sentiment for myself, especially when it comes to WCW and drawing?!
After I painted the calla, I decided to do the WT on the left. I masked the whole right side of the painting, tearing the masking paper. I tell you, that GinaK Masking Magic paper is great. No bleeding. After I was finished with doing my layers of DOx inks, I masked the right side and added a little border of color to give it more balance. I'm glad I did that!

Oh, I think your drawing is just great. Your card is beautiful. Love the panel in those colors and your sentiment is great.

Love how this came out. I think the lily is beautiful, and the inked side compliments so well. I would have guessed that sentiment is your motto--it should be!
