Kia is hostess this week for the WCW challenge and gave us a tutorial showing how to watercolor a Lily. Looks like a Calla Lily to me.

I did a lily in colors she used but could never get happy with it so I went with different colors.

I found a youtube video showing how to draw a calla lily and gave it a try. Then, I watercolored it and drew some leaves making them speckled as some are and some are solid green. Next, I did a watercolor wash around it. Added my verse and I am finished.
