I stamped with stazon then colored with watercolor pencils. I used my water brush to color as well as a blender pen.
I stamped the pelican, colored it and fussy cut it. I colored the water and added clear wink of stella to make the water sparkle.
I used a blender brush and a scallop oval to make the clouds lightly in the sky.
I used the double oval punch to add the sentiment.
