I used my rubber stamp to create a pattern and fussy cut the cone and scoops. The ice cream was cut from glittered fun foam and the cone from cardstock. I used a flourish EF by Crafters Companion to emboss the scoops and a Sizzix waffle EF to emboss the cone. I took the shanks off the cone buttons and glued them to the card. The cherry on top is a red half pearl.
