I watched a YouTube video on alcohol inks and vellum by Vicky Papaioannou: . Thanks for the recommendation TeriJ.
I created 7 backgrounds and chose my favorite one to create this card. I used dies to cut out my plant hanger. I added brads and the sentiment and layered my card on black cs then white card.

Wow, that bg is just gorgeous! I love it paired with the macrame hanging plant. The dragonfly is a nice touch!

This is stunning. I love that you used the alcohol lift technique Vicky shoed in the video. It really adds a special element to that wonderful blue background. The die cut plant looks so crisp as the focal point.
