Thank you for the challenge to make a BABY card today, Jen. I am low on those cards though it is rare that I need one at the ages of friends and relatives.
To achieve getting two colors on the baby carriage stamp I was able to use my Stamparatus (stamp positioner) to first color the carriage and then the wheels and handle using Stampin-Write markers. I was able to stamp three different times to get a good coverage.
