So, I really did use a ruler to make my doorframe but, it hardly appears that way now that its done. but, that's OK my brain was totally focused on painting the wisteria blooms and I think those turned out OK. ( the leaves are kinda wonky ) but, its not too shabby for a first try. there are more mug shots of the process here on the blog. You can find this challenge here to play along with us. The leaves were so hard. I didn't like mine until the last section of the second painting that I did. The door was even harder. But I had fun. Yours came out amazing!

You did an outstanding card for this challenge, Stacy. Light and airy...a wonderful watercolor technique. Not only on the wisteria/leaves, but a great branching vine too.
