Glued the wave paper onto a piece of Bashful blue then attached it to a cut piece of Whisper White. Tied the twine below the water and added a anchor trinket. Attached the white paper to a cut piece of Night of Navy cardstock then attached everything to a Sahara Sand A2 card.
Stamped the sailboats with Night of Navy and cut them with the coordinating dies then colored them using a Copic marker in Sand.
Die cut the wheel and banner and stamped it using the same Night of Navy ink. Placed the smaller sail boat first then used foam squares on the larger boat and adhered it to the card. Placed the wheel to the right bottom and added the Happy Birthday sentiment to the wheel using foam squares. Stamped the seagulls with the Night of Navy to complete the card.
