Barbara is our color challenge hostess this week and she gave us colors that are perfect for another Mother's Day card that I needed to make for my friend. Yesterday I made the card that she wanted for her granddauther's first Mother's Day with her twins. Today I've made her card for her daughter's first Mother's Day as a grandmother. These Waffle Flower stamps are from a Christmas set, but are perfect for a twins card. In order to make it a grandmother card, I tore a mask for one side of my card, sponged a bit of yellow ink to set it apart a little bit more than just the words would, and repeatedly stamped all the different words for grandmother from Paper Smooches. I enjoyed making these two cards for my friend and I'm so excited for her to see them.

OMG, Jen, your friend is going to be over the moon when she sees this card! The "twins" are adorable, and I love the repeated stamping for all the grandmother names. Great technique, adorable card!
