(See other posting for the dimensions, tutorial link, and outside/front decorating of the card.)
My "little" brother is turning 50 next month...
Die cut 3 balloons from metallic copper cardstock. Adhere to the BACK of the birthday candles panel on the front of the card. Die cut "Bday" letters from white cardstock scraps; adhere to the 2nd front panel of the Chocolate Chip gate fold card (so that the letters are hidden behind the birthday candles panel when the card is closed).
Die cut "Happy" and "50th" from white cardstock. Adhere on inside side panels. Adhere two metallic gold gift stickers and a star sticker. For the center panel, stamp car image using Soft Suede ink on white cardstock; die cut using oval die; edge with Crumb Cake ink using blending brush. Set aside.
Cut vintage-themed patterned paper panel; edge with Soft Suede ink using blending brush. Cut cream panel. Stamp "Congratulations" using Soft Suede ink and "you are now a classic" using Cinnamon Cider ink. Edge bottom corners with Cinnamon Cider ink. Adhere panels to center panel inside card. Adhere strip of dark brown ribbon over where 2 panels meet. Adhere metallic copper eyelet stickers in the two upper corners of the upper panel.
Trim 2 thin strips of vintage patterned papers; trim ends in reverse-"v" shape banners. Adhere to top panel coming out from underneath oval car panel. TFL!
