The tulips and lace were die cut from white c.s., the leaves were die cut from green c.s. The pale aqua panel was adhered to a white card base and then the lace panel was adhered on top of that. The tulips and leaves were colored using finger daubers with ink. The final step was to adhere the tulips and leaves to the card. This card is meant to be a Spring birthday card and I put the sentiment inside the card.
