This was my first attempt, I decided to just use up some colors of paint on the palette and I did use some really wide Frog low tact masking tape to make my blocks. ( which left entirely too much white space between them for my liking) So, I decided to make them into three skinny panels. ( which I then cut down even more after using a die on them because, there was still too much white space) I thought this poppy stamp was "doodle-y" enough vibe to go along with the theme without me having to try to sketch something and potentially pitch the painted blocks as I really like how the paints mingled and dried. and then when it was all done I decided the ribbon made it too busy cluttered for a "quick" card so, I did do a second one.
I do have a few more shots of this one and the other under construction on the blog here. You can find this challenge here to play along with us. Thanks for this challenge Angie & tfl.

Lovely colors and another awesome card you created. I tried so many sizes then ended up with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Ha

The panels were a really super way to go for addend interest. The stamp you used has a wonderful faux doodled look and really works well with those tall skinny blocks!
