This card took about 15 minutes to make and was super fast!! I used a wheel for the left border and scrapbook paper for the uper right corner. Then embellished with a piece of blue card stock and a pice of rick-rak. The flower is the only thing that I did the pearl-x treatment to as follows:
Here's how it's done:
First, use the clear embossing powder and emboss the image of your choice.
Next, while the image is still warm (you can zap it again to reheat it if necessary), sprinkle PearlEx over top. Tap off any excess and heat again with heat tool. Once the image is cooled use a cotton ball, paintbrush or tissue to gently brush away any PearlEx that has not been embossed. That's it!
One tip: The clear embossing powder will be "gooey" when it is warm. If you try to use a cotton ball or paint brush to apply the PearlEx it will make a mess!
I also sprinkled it with some glitter, so it's got a sheen and a sparkle. I colored with flower before the layer of embossing powder with pigment inks and a Q-tip
