Hello friends! It's my third week as guest designer for the Color Challenge and this week Karen has chosen the colors Gorgeous Grape, Pacific Point and Pear Pizzazz! What a vibrant match and after some consideration of what I was going to color, I was really happy with how it turned out. Thanks for the awesome colors, Karen!!
I used Copic markers to color the beautiful butterfly and floral image, then ink blended around the edges. The image was so large, I ended up making a five inch square card. Silver paint around the edges and some ink splatters, along with some crystal gems finished things off.
Thanks for taking a peek and I hope you'll play along this week!

Stef, this card is absolutely stunning! Your Copic coloring brings it all to life, and the metallic touches make it seem especially regal. This must be the week for butterflies!

Wow, this is outstanding. Love, love the blue butterfly. I like how you lightly colored the background in the purple. The image pops. Beautiful use of the challenge colors. Fabulous inspiration!

Steff your card is gorgeous! The silver painted edges of your design is such a great idea, I must give it a try one of these days. I also love the way you shadowed your butterfly and flowers, this beauty is worthy of framing! TFS
